How to apply to a Korean university?

How do i apply for oversea university ?

• i'm from Malaysia and i would to like to know how can i apply for an oversea university. i really want to apply to curtin university in Australia but i am a bit confuse regrading about the requirement. tell me do i need to sit for any test ? like A level or something ? could some explain this me properly ??

  Malaysian students are required to have: Three credit passes at SPM level (grades 1 to 6) (General Paper not accepted) and a grade of C4 or better prior to the year 2000, or a grade of B4 or better after the year 2000 in 1119 Bhasa Inggeris (English) or with separate evidence of English; OR Completion of the Malaysian Independent Chinese Secondary Schools Unified Examination in at least five subjects with a 'B' grade average AND separate evidence of English competence; OR Successful completion of the first year of a Bachelor degree from a recognised University, with separate evidence of English competence; OR Completion of a three-year Diploma at a recognised University AND separate evidence of English competence. If you did A Levels you need: Three General Certificate of Education (GCE) 'Ordinary' level passes or three General Certificate of SECONDARY EDUCATION (GCSE) passes (minimum grade C) AND two 'Advanced' level passes (minimum of 5 points) in the GCE, including Grade C or better in 'O' level English, English Literature or English Language OR separate evidence of English competence.
