Can I work full-time in UK while doing my dissertation?

I am doing MBA and will be starting my dissertation towards the end of September this year. While looking for a job during the current holidays, I have got an oppurtunity to work with HSBC. But they want me to sign a full-time contract for atleast six months from now. Can I work with them?
