First of all, try your best to write a list of your dream jobs. Then, think of the universities you want to go to... After that, go to the website of your university and go to its department link...look for description of your favorite majors on the website and the school will give you very interesting description of your major You can also go to www.bls.gov to see the median salary of your dream job by look at the government website (more credible than other website) The academic department of the university website sometimes give very interesting career outlook, too. I've done that and it is more helpful than going to library and read those too-general books about career choice... Go to a particular university website and there are many info about your major!!! Good luck!! oh! 1 thing...you can study International Relation and become a diplomat...My grandfather is a diplomat ...he always change his workplace every 6 months...he travels a lot and meet with different people...plus, he is damn rich ... lol

you can become a translator for any international job. Translators are big money these days since like nobody speaks english anymore! You can make over 100 grand a year with a translator job. YOu should really consider that.

What about "Bussiness and Chinese" ? My friend did it and loved it .. Durham college (UK) seems to be brilliant ! You can spend 3 years in one of the most lovely towns in the UK, and 1 year in China. Bussiness and chinese are a good combination for the future and you'll travel the world for sure. These positions are currently on high demand, so money wise you should be fine too ... Good luck

yeah maybe you should study international relations or maybe a specific language. so you can be an interpreter or something... hm... i dunno a tour guide job would be really cool... anyway you can talk to counselors in college to figure out a good major or program for you. Lots of people in college change their major anyway. don't worry too much about it.

Anyone who says International law or business isnt a good place to find a job is out of the loop. The world is more global than ever. Youknow business isnt necessarily alot of math. The computer does the math...if youlike money - its a good choice. Lots of people to talk to and learn from and lots of money to make. Most people dont know for sure what they want til they get to college or after!

Find out where you can take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test. There's no wrong or right answers, it's a test that compiles your likes and dislikes and skills to determine what type of careers/jobs you would most likely enjoy and dislike. It helps to figure these kinds of things out. Your school or employment office may offer it for free. Info re: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator

your best off going and talking to a careers advisor, not asking random people on the internet. there are places such as connections (in the uk, im not sure bout Usa if u live there). if you want to travel you could just take a gap year before uni!
