What was your university exchange like?
-
I'm wondering whether or not to go on a 2 semester University exchange in the July-August of 2015 intake to somewhere in Europe. I am a first year student doing Dual Degree of Engineering/Business in Australia and want to know what other people's exchanges were like. What were the pros/cons, and what tips would you give to others who would also want to go on exchange. And finally, how much did it cost you?

Answer:
Brilliant! But it was along time ago. I did my exchange at McGill in Canada. Everybody was so kind and friendly and the culture shock of the snowy winters was amazing. I didn't learn very much except how to infuse oranges with vodka in order to smuggle a little liquor into the Ball-Park! Cost was just my airfare and spending money. Have fun!
