Im a nepali student studying mbbs in china .can i get job and md course free of cost in switzerland.?

after 3 years i will be mbbs graduate. i want to study in switzerland for my md degree. i want to know can i get thier doctor job and residental permit for ever . do i hve to sit for any examination for my settlement .terms and conditions for scholarship programme for md level.
