How should I study for a test?

HELP ME!! HOW DO I STUDY FOR MY GRADE 8 GEO TEST??!?

i have a HUGE geography test tomorrow and i havent studied one bit!! in class we did a test to see what kind of learner we are, and i was mixed between kinestetic and auditory. i also feel like i am kind of a visual learner. i know that this does not help because i basically just said that i am all three types of learners. IM FREAKING OUT!! this test is worth 50% of my grade. no, im not exagerating!!!!!!! MY TEACHER IS DEAD SERIOUS!! im in grade 8 and stuff and btw its not about maps and stuff. the unit is on economic systems. AHHH IM SO DEAD!! HELP??!! HOW CAN I STUDY!! i cant study from just writing stuff over and over, or from reading my notes over 1000 times. that doesnt help me study, it just gets me stressed. PLEASE ;(
