How to get a film scholarship for college?

I am a 20 year old australian university student, I am currently studying Marketing. However my passion is film, I am an aspiring screenwriter. I have currently finished writing my first feature film, 3/4s of the way through a television pilot. I want to study screenwriting an directing in the U.S.A. I would love any advice on which colleges are the best? the requirements for scholarships? and how i would go about applying, when college starts and finishes.
