How long does it take to hear back from the Disney CareerStart Program?

I submitted my application on Monday morning, and got an email a few hours later asking me to take the web based interview. So I took the web based interview, passed that, and then they told me to call to schedule a phone interview. I had my phone interview today at 3:00 and it took about 20 minutes. I feel like it went pretty well, but it was hard to read what my interviewer was thinking. They said they'd be in touch within 3-4 weeks, but I've heard that people can hear back as soon as 2 days to two weeks. Has anyone done the program who knows how long it usually takes?
