How can I avoid getting tired while I study?

  • I am always getting so tired while I try and study for an examination or something. Even when it is in the middle of the day. Any tips or suggestions?

  • Answer:

    Don't study at home. Go to the library. It is usually well lit and being around other people studying will usually help you keep focus. Also, make sure to eat something before you study. Don't do the caffeine/sugar route. And if possible, break your studying into smaller increments. Change subjects if you need to. That way you keep your brain happy with variation but you are still able to keep focus by continuously studying.

Very easy, 1. Listen to heavy metal, rock, thrash and more, The guitar solo's and drum solo's will keep you awake. 2. Give yourself a gift when you finish studying. Example " Yes i finished my work now i get to eat lobster dipped in butter " 3. Drink caffeine. Example, Coffee, Energy Drinks i recommend ( Mother, Red bull, Monster 750ml ) they have over 2000mg of taurine you wont be able to be tired for hours. Thats most of the main things to keep awake, Hoped i helped a little.

Eat fruit instead of drinking caffeine. Fruit sugars stay in your body longer. When you are studying know and understand all the words you read. Carry a dictionary with you and look up any words you don't understand. It is said that when you don't understand one word and you continue reading then your mind floats away, you lose focus and you grow tired. Try it you'll see the difference.

Concentration is the solution, u feel tired cuz u r not interested, take the studies in an interesting manner and forget about tiredness like u forget about studies when u r tired, it is simply a mind game, tiredness is merely a excuse that your mind is using to avoid studies.....if u still feel so, mail me.c ya.

the best thing is ,dono't study as if you are preparing for an exam. this makes you feel cool . This makes you enjoy ur self in studying . Don't over burden anything . jus be cool .This may be boring as you here ,but its true.

GO TO SLEEP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE WAKE UP AS LATE AS POSSIBLE AND EAT SOMETHING WITH A LOT OF SUGAR LIKE DONUTS, OR PANCAKES WITH A LOT OF SYRUP WAKE UP WITH CRUNK MUSIC DRINK FULL THROTTLE AND CRANBERRY JUICE DONT DRINK OR EAT TO MUCH SUGAR BECAUSE THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR EVERDAY SCHEDULE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY

Before starting studying eat chocolate and than if u feel tired just listen music and than continue

Leave your study when you get tired. Really there is no meaning in studying when you get tired. But once you forget your tire-ness try again to study for some time. Continue this every time when you feel tire - and one day you will enjoy and love studying.
