What is necessary to study abroad and what would you major in?

I am an Asian Studies major but really don't want to study abroad what do I do?

• I am also a history major and Chinese minor. I know it sounds stupid and no one understands this. I am very sheltered and don't even live on campus. Help! :(

  You need to just get over yourself and stop being a sheltered hermit. There is no one that I know who's a history major who hasn't traveled or who hasn't been outside the country. How do you expect to learn about history if your afraid to travel? Are you sure that's what you want to study because in college you will soon learn that the history they teach you in high school is all wrong and to really learn about outher people's history is to go straight to the source. That means your going to have to travel.
