How can I get free scholarship of any good university of Canada?

What Europian or American Universities are the easiest to get in on a scholarship?

• hey guys! i am currently researching on the international universities. i want to study somewhere in Western Europe or the U.S, Canada. i am from Eastern Europe - Ukraine. my family can hardly afford education for me here, therefore it is very important to me to get a full scholarship. i have very high TOEFL score and pretty good SAT, despite that I did not get a scholarship to American International University in D.C. So if you have any thoughts on which university is worth to try, I would appreciate it!

  Please understand that pretty good grades are not enough for a foreign (international) student to get an academic scholarship here in the US. As a paying student, your grades are pretty good enough for acceptance. But to earn a scholarship, you must have well above average grades. The field is highly competitive. The qualified applicants far exceed the number of grants available; hence, the selection process is really rigid. Why not try the universities in your country first? Good luck.
