How can I study abroad?

The thing is I live in India and the universities here are so crappy. So crappy when compared to the institutions in the US or the UK. I am not interested in studying an undergraduate degree here. I love to study abroad in a good institution abroad. I don't have enough money as my dad earns only around £3000 a year and so does most of the indian workers. What can I do? How can I study abroad

well i heard lot about universities of india that they are so worthy.then how can u say that.just search for good uni in india am sure you will find what you want.about going to aborad thats just a wish of all new generation.one of my lecturer he did B.A & M.A in english as a private candiate from pakistan because he is a pakistani. because his financial condition was not that much good to pay for regular classes.now he is doing job in Saudi Arabia and he is earning 10,000 riyals per month.still you want to go abroad then go to Malaysia its quite cheap to study there..
