I am doing b.tech 3rd year....i want to do government job..what is the way and what job can i get?

i am doing course in electronics and communication engineering....i want to be settled in life with a government job..should i do my m.tech and then apply for jobs or can i apply after completing my b.tech..?i am interested in doing a railway job...please help me out..i am in dilemma.what should i do? i can't do s/w job or go abroad because of my backlogs in b.tech....suggest me plz

hi friend don't worry u can get govt. job at any time as u want if u like higher study or want to go in research side than choose m.tech if want only govt. job than are some exam. like IAS,IES ,ph.d,etc pls try 4 exam if u want to go in railway side. than u can also get job because in railway electronic eng. r always required so try any one
