Indian take out: How bad for you is chicken tikka masala?
-
One of my vices is take out. It has been incredibly helpful to be able to look up nutritional information on large restaurant chains so I can at least know how many extra calories and grams of fat I'm consuming. I like Indian food quite a bit and I'm trying to figure out where chicken tikka masala falls in terms of 'junk' food. Nutrition labels on packaged chicken tikka masala seem to be somewhat reasonable but every recipe I see calls for yogurt and heavy cream which I know can't be helping. Is there anyone with a good idea of exactly what you get when you order chicken tikka masala at a restaurant?
