My Skoda Octavia (less than3yrs old) has suffered catastrophic engine failure, however, Skoda are refusing to repair under waranty I would like to contact the Managing Director (Robert Hazelwood) direct to see if there is any way of resolving in favour of me the customer - anyone who might have advice/contact details gratefull of assistance.
