Which mobile is best to buy in India?

In India,car Alto LXI or Lower end model of Zen? Which would be best option to buy in this ?

  • I'm in India. I want to buy a car, which im going to use it for atleast 10 yrs from now. My budget is 3 lakhs. I wanted to know either higher end model of ALTO lxi will be the best OR Lower end of Zen will be the best.(both are Maruthi-Suzuki's car). Since my budget is restricted to 3 lakhs, i cannot think of Zen's Higher end model. At this situation, Please suggest me which one I have to go.

go for the ALTO LXI cause zen production has been stopped. ALTO os a good decent car with great mileage. and u can enjoy the top model of ALTO rather than buying a lower end model of a ZEN.

buy the zen is more spacious than alto and also more powerful spares will be available being a maruti even after 10 years i also heard that they are giving away the zen at exactly 3 lacs

please dont rush into buying a car you will get the most fab. deals by mid 2007... all new cars and you surely will have more options to choose from in the budget you have in mind... the zen is coming with a new face lift so you wont get the zen.. the alto wont be in the best of driving conditions in like 5 yrs max.. so i will suggest you to wait or if nothing then go in for a second hand sparingly used fiat palio that will come for say 2.5 lacs and be very satisfying as a car to use for 10 yrs...

I have been driving a Zen Lxi since 2001, with 90000 km on the clock now - must say its not given me a reason to complain so far. Its still zipping around like a dream. Am still getting an average of 14 kmpl in city, with AC on. Have driven it in every availble terrain - I live in Delhi, and have driven extensively in Rajasthan, Himachal, M. P., Haryana and Punjab. Have yet to encounter any major problems - mechanical or structural. This car is built to take a bit of rough handling - I am not a very careful driver. Where the Zen scores over the Alto are - 1. Its slightly higher on power. 2. It is slightly wider than the Alto, which gives you that little bit more elbow room - makes a big difference to comfort in a small car. 3. Because of the highr power plant, the AC is more effective. Ask me and I'll say without doubt go for the ZEN.

Sorry to say but Zen is out of production, u cant get it any more. so u will have to go for Alto Lxi or Lx. Lxi is a better choice an u will get it for abt 3.2 on road?
