Salary for software engineer with 1.6 years experience in mnc in india ?

    It depends . It varies widely. the factors depending are : 1. which company are you in . Say if you are in Microsoft then your CTC per month would be 1L . In TCS it is say about 20k . In some nameless/faceless company it may be 3k also . 2.Technology . If you are working with a good cutting edge technology then there is more chance to get Hot offers in 1.6 yrs of exp . 3.Place . Bangalore / Chennai / HYD pays heavily . Mumbai / pune pays moderate salary ( still good ) . Kolkata , Ahmedabad pay minimum . 4.Luck . If you produce a fake experience claiming you have worked with companies like GE / SAP / Oracle /motorola and went into some other companies like samsung/sasken/perot-systems/L&T and not being caught then they will pay you HEAVILY .best of luck !!!
