How to calculate cash in hand from CTC? Suppose My salary structure is as follows, how do I know how much I would get as cash in hand? Basic salary :x HRA : y Other allowance : z Travel allowance:a Flexi allowance :b PF : c Gratuity : d ======== TOTAL : Q (Cost to company) ========= Please give me a rough idea as to how the in hand cash will be calculated.
