How Reliable is bank city union bank in India?

I'm planning to go a fixed deposit account for my tax savings and I find this bank City Union Bank of India which is a private sector bank in India paying an interest rate of 9.5% for FD accounts. Can anyone tel me if this bank is reliable enough to go for a FD account for 5 yrs. Regards, Shyam
