I am in bangalore. ration card is at chennai addres. How can i get pan card?

is it possible to get pan card at bangalore for a person whose ID proof is chennai.i am not working anywhere. if i apply to which address it will be dispatched. can i get the card at my present address at bangalore.

ID proof may be of any place, but for address proof it must be of Banglore where you are living now. If you have any bank account in Banglore you may send copy of passbook for address proof purposes. In other way you may also send rent agreement copy of house taken on rent. If house was not taken on rent and it is your own house then you can send copy of any local tax payment receipt for address proof purposes.
