How do sperm banks work?

Why the Banks are in India refuse to pass loan to the peo ple those who work in Police department and advocate?

• Is there any law that the Bank should not pass loans for the police people and advocates? Or Are they not Indians? or Do they have no any rights to ask loan at Banks in India? Or Are the Banks are treating them under Terrorist list? Why the educated people in Banks are not concerning about their hard works? As we all aware the police department people have to work in very dangerous places too while taking place bomb blast and during strikes by politic parties.They put hard works. In case even banks being looted the first information is sent to the police department in order to save the money from stealing by mobs and protect the life of the bank people. Advocates also they have to put more efforts and have to work hard.As we all aware the advocate services is needed for banks while their services needed during documents are required and arising any disputes with the people those who are tryingto cheat the banks.   A lot of illegal irregularities are involved in the process of passing of a loan like margin money and also while recovery of loan or attachemnt of any property, like threats from hired goons and abusive behaviour. So the banks do not grant loan to people from the legal field, who they fear can harass the bank with legal consequences against illegal deeds. Thogh there is no official dictum to not grant loan to cops or legals, but as a standing procedure they are continuously denied. No wonder India slipped again in the Corruption Chart published this week!
