Dear All the ELSS have lockin of 3 years.And for this period no elss fund can beat SBI Magnum Taxgain.This has dividend and growth option.Dividend option is of no worth as you will face some units always in the form of dividend. Principle is also better but little riskier compared to others. You can go for Sundaram BNP which is gaining its pace.
