How do I become income tax officer?

I m in BBA in third year and i want to become an income tax officer?

If you make the grade and pass the interview too, then, you will be given the freedom to choose the department of your liking. The top rankers get Indian Foreign Service and Indian Administrative Service posts. Indian Police Service comes next. Still below are Indian Revenue Service, Indian Postal Service, Indian Audit and Accounts Service etc. You can select at that stage Indian Revenue Service and become an Income Tax Officer.
