How to fill up the Form 8 register ? - Urgent?

  • I have to get the C form sales tax dept and they asked form 8 register I have the register But I don't know how to fill up and what coloum to fillup Pls tell me Rgds E.Shankar

    The Register is to be the replica of data furnished in the C Form as follows: 1) C Form No & Date 2) Name of the Consignee - Buyer with full Address 3) Destination where the goods were dispatched 4) L/r,Way Bill,Courier receipt no etc to be furnished thro' which the goods were sent. 5) brief description of goods 6) Signature of the authorized person who should sign in the C Form
