What do French people think of Nicholas Sarkozy?

People why is Nicholas Sackozy French President so racist?

  • Nicolas Sarkozy, the French president, has been proposing controversial policies that affects both French and foreign nationals living in France. He banned muslim women from wearing their head covers in schools, is strongly advocating for the massive reduction of cultural exchange programs and participants in France, has recently said there are too many foreigners in France and most recently, has threatened to suspend French participation in the schengen visas area. All this is clear manifestation that this president is against globalization, he still views other cultures and religion as being inferior to French ones. It is amazing that a western leader at this time when the world is getting closer and closer together, can be so much against races, cultures and religions other than his. France has commercial, diplomatic and social ties with many countries around the globe. I wonder why its president would be so much against world citizens mixing with French to move the world forward. Racists like Nicolas Sarkozy are the ones who hamper the world from being a better place for all. Thanks God, there are countries like the US, which strongly advocate for multi-culturalizm and globalization. To sarkozy we have to tell him that gone are the days when one race would view itself as better than the other. I bet French people who support globalization will get rid of him in the French coming elections

  • Answer:

Why do people think they can just move into another country and the whole society and all its people will fall down, worship them and kiss their azz. And don't even use the US as being right! For the last 30+ years we have had a bunch of weak leaders that have tried everything to make us a wussy nation. The French are 100% correct on this issue and the US has turned into a wussy whipped coward.

It's not racist, it's about protecting French culture and national sovereignty. Why can people not understand that?

Nicolas Sarkozy is merely a puppet that plays by the rules.

You say saving the french culture and state and religion from mass immigration is racist? You are a fool!

You say he views non-French cultures as inferior, but I say you view French culture as inferior. Otherwise you wouldn't be promoting its destruction. Our language, our culture, our history, it makes us who we are. If people want to immigrate into our societies they should have to adapt to OUR way of life, not the other way around. The idea that women should wear Burkas is diametrically opposed to Western-European values of freedom, and equality. Although some Muslim women may "want" to wear them because they have been erroneously taught to by men in their culture with chauvinistic interpretations of the Koran, there are many Muslim women who do not. They are bullied and intimidated by a culture that views them as inferior to men, and gives them less rights. In addition to which it is totally unsanitary in hospitals, and places that need to be sanitized for health purposes. What right do they have to put other people's health at risk? There are a lot of legal and illegal immigrants in France. Some legal immigrants go on to adapt to French society and become hard-working invaluable members of French society. On the other hand, there are a lot of immigrants coming in from Eastern and Central Europe, whose movement has been made possible by the Schengen agreement. Many of these seek to create their own communities in France. They refuse to learn French, their communities are breeding grounds from crime, and they bring an undue burden upon French society. Why should the French people (or any people for that matter) be expected to be violated in such a manner and not defend themselves out of fear of being called "racists"?

France's law of secularism affect all religions, not just Muslims. Jews may not wear yarmulkes or Stars of David. Christians may not wear crosses. Wonder why you don't hear those latter two groups complaining. France has always been incredibly nationalistic, this didn't begin with Sarkozy. It surprises me that it ever allowed any immigration.

He's doesn't want native french people to have their culture wiped out the way native americans had their culture wiped out. Which would happen if you let muslims do whatever they want because they multiply like rabbits and have an oppressive culture that completely goes against everything France stands for. Freedom, democracy, secular society, being sexual, etc etc

He also called non-whites who live in poor areas 'scum' who needed to be ''cleaned out''. Indeed he is racist.

Sam controversial maybe but racist no how can u judge such a diffrent culture. The US the superb nation for openess lol gimme a break it was ILLEGAL in most states to marry if not of the same race until 1967, blacks were forbidden to travel with white ppl until the early 1970s. the US is not A MULTICULTURAL society (thank god!) but a melting pot. You forgot that NEVER before Sarkozy have french people of the muslim faith hold such important position in the govt. You seem to forget that Sarkozy himself is the son of immigrants. Once again idiotic comments by someone who knows nothing about the French culture. But you right to your opinion that is for sure.

I haven't figured this guy out. I actually think he says one thing and believes another. I actually wish he was truly race-conscious (racist if you will). I like separate countries instead of the mindless, race less, classless societies that these NWO "leaders" promote. However, he has made quotes to the opposite before. He's really not even French himself...but most likely a wolf in sheep's clothing...an agent provocateur in fact. If you want to be a NWO lemming and such...go right ahead. However, keep your stones to yourself.
