How to hide my IP address?

You see I was banned from eBay and would like to set up another account. I need to hide my IP address as I know eBay monitors that. I tried the various ways I can to change my IP address after doing a search on eBay.com but unfortunately my IP address is the same. I think it is because that is provided by my service provide and I am using a wireless network in my office, this is not my home computer. I guess I would appreciate suggestions, easy suggestions. Tried to download TOR but for some reason was not able to. Any free proxy service but will it work, will my IP address appear different to eBay systems.

There are a few out there .... Try JAP. Can't remember the addy, but it should pop up if you Google it. I've found it to be very user friendly.
