Why does it seem like foreign black women marry white American men more than black American women?

• I know many immigrants come married already. So I'm excluding them. Based on black foreign women who find someone in the U.S. (whether that's from Latin America, the Caribbean or Africa), if it's not someone from their group, it doesn't feel any more likely that they'd end up with a black American guy than a white American guy. Why is this? For black Latina women, I could understand that they might end up with white Latino men more than white American men - especially if they're apart of the same nationality, Catholicism and culture. Is it because white American men are more attracted to foreign black women than black American's? Is it because they see them as an immigrant - the same way they might an Asian or white Latina women, rather than ''black?'' Or is it because foreign black women are more open minded? Do you think it's because they don't affiliate themselves with black American's any more than the next person?

  I think that foreign black women lack that vengeful attitude towards white men that many black american women have so it is more likely that they will connect on an emotional level. Also factor in that many black American women are against dating any non black guy all together. Then factor in the fact that even if a black American woman is open to dating interracially it is usually a Latino guy. I think that non American black women are more open to dating white American men and any race of man for that matter, plus they don't have that standoffish attitude towards white American men that black American women exhibit. Also they do look physically different from black American women, I guess they may have an exotic allure that may draw men in more.
