What's wrong with darker skin?

  • So what's wrong with darker skin? People always say how it isn't attractive. I guess its all subjective and is based on opinion, but does anyone else think that darker skin looks better? Darker skin makes someone stand out, which, to me, is exotic in many cases. Darker Asians and South East Asians, whites, Latinos, and black people look better than their paler counterparts. People want to age slower and have a clearer complexion. A lot of people with darker skin rarely have to worry about wrinkles or acne. Does anyone else think darker skin is underrated in this society?

    If you knew how much money is shelled out every year at tanning salons, you wouldn't have asked this question. People pay big bucks for darker skin.

you said it yourself, it's subjective. If people do not see the beauty in "black skin", what exactly is the harm. I hope you are not fishing for compliments because that would be very sad....

What I want to know is if some white people think dark skin is so bad, why do they spend so much money on sunbeds and tanning products?

Yes, it's highly underrated. I love having a dark complexion.

Oh gosh, the only people I ever hear say dark skin is unattractive are poor, angry black guys in the ghetto. I never heard that stuff until I came online and went on Youtube. Edit: Who gave me TDs!?! Its true, I didnt say all black guys, I said angry ones in the ghetto & thats the way it seems I'm just being honest. If you lack confidence don't blame it on your skin tone. I have dark sknned girls in my family who are beautiful and guys like them just like any other attractive girls. People need to grow some balls and stfu.
