• I've liked this girl for a while now, and we'll always play around, glare at each other(playfully), joke around, and somehow I manage to make my glances flirty. I just don't know if she notices or thinks it is flirty but she likes it. I just love how she looks at me when we have those small stare downs... and she usually rambles a lot around me. I find it completely adorable. xD We're sort of close(we both said that we want to start hanging out more again) and we tell each other things we need to tell each other, and we promise not to tell it to anyone else if we ask it to be a secret. We're really loyal to each other. I want her to be one of the first I tell that I like girls... I'm a lesbian btw. I act around her that I like guys for a cover-up but I want to tell her... Tonight we we're talking and at one point she was asking me not to break up with her (playfully again) and giving me hearts and just everything we never used to do. I of course played along :) but I sort of felt guilty because she doesn't know who I am, right? So Idk, I try to avoid doing the cuddling and the flirtiness till she knows I'm lesbian, that why she can't take it the wrong way... idk... Any suggestions? Btw: We're 16, in mid term of Grade 11. And we're both turning 17 next year. lol

  It sounds to me like she likes you! But to be sure, here's some ways to know if a girl has a crush on you. When you're sitting next to her, scoot a little closer to her and see how she reacts. If she scoots closer to you then she likes you. If she scoots away from you, that's not a good bad sign. If she laughs at all your jokes even if they aren't that funny, she probably likes you. If she compliments you a lot, she probably likes you. If she has ever held or touched your hand/arm/knee more than once in one day, she probably likes you. If she always seems smiley/happy when you see her, she probably likes you. When you're with her try looking at something for a while then look quickly back at her, if she was staring at you then there's a good chance she thinks you're cute. If she wears rainbow accessories there's a good chance she's lesbian or bisexual. Ask her what she thinks about gay people or bring up same sex marriage/same sex parents, if she gives you a positive response then it's a good sign. If she reacts positively to the questions about gay people, then you should come out to her and see what she says.
