You have to consider if you are violating civil rights. You could easily request a polygraph or at least a criminal background investigation, but where do you draw the line. If someone's ability to be hired for a job hinges on them being able to pass a mental evaluation, please keep in mind that homosexuality was removed from the rolls of mental illness during my lifetime. I am only 43.
