How old do you have to be to have a Yahoo 360?

How do I replicate the SEARCH functionality of old Yahoo 360 ( string , age , gender ) in new Yahoo Profiles?

  From what I've gathered, and conjectured, Yahoo is stressing out over user privacy. There is discussion on the blogs about bringing back the ability to search for users by location and interest. But for now, I'll repeat what we have to work with at the moment. How to search for someone: Browsing for profiles by location or interest is no longer an option but Yahoo has finally put a search link back within easy reach. It can be found in the Connections section on the main page of your profile. Look for the word 'Find' in blue. It will prompt you to enter a name or email. Real name or display name work but not SN unless it’s as an email address. Go figure. A search is only as good as the information you have to start out with.
