How can i change my avatar into a picture without yahoo 360?

i don't like my avatar, and i want to switch it with a picture. i have no idea how, though.

Answer:
Evidentally somebody at Yahoo! suggested, "Hey, we can get people to use 360 with something as subtle as the display image setting in Answers!" Seems only a main 360 picture can replace the avatar here in Answers. I change the main 360 picture just before a new question if I want a different one at the moment. Yet the picture will remain until in 360 you either change it or return the avatar.
