I can see someones fb profile (photos, wall to wall eventhough noone else can? Why and we're not even friend)?

I can see this guys personal profile with all the details, photos, wall to wall convos, info etc. ALL. But people I know who has similar or more mutual friends can't see it. Only I can see, it's private for everyone else apart from me... Why? Is there setting that is allowed this, we're not even fb friends..?
