If I delete a public profile ID from my Yahoo message board profiles, can I use that ID to create a new mail?

account so I can e-mail peeps in that name or is the name un-usable as it has(although deleted) already been used by someone(me) . Confusing I know but I'd like it as a seperate ID and not just a profile so I can IM and contact peeps cos I've grown fond of it!

On your My Yahoo page at the top it will have welcome(your name) underneath in blue it says My Account click on it and then on the right hand side of the page it says Public Information: Public Profiles and it has a list of the different names you have created underneath it click on Edit/Create Profiles then click Create New Public Profile then fill out the info. After you're done click Make Default on the right hand side of the screen and that is the name it will show for you. You can make alot of different names for different things.
