Is there a search facility to look at Yahoo profiles that are set for anyone to see like there is in MSN?

Is there a way of searching for profiles in Yahoo like there is in MSN. In MSN there is an easy search facility that enables you to search for profiles of people you might know. Is the same thing possible on Yahoo? I assume there must be as you can set privacy levels on your own profile.
