How do I make a Yahoo 360 page?

I need to know how I make my yahoo 360 where only people on my page can view it?

  Your options are limited since some parts of your Y! 360 page (Friends' list, personal photos, and comments' section on the main page) can't be hidden from the public since Yahoo 360 is a public social network.Since your personal photos are visible to the general public,you should use your avatar or non-personal photos.
