How can I change my profile?

I can not add or change my profile picture. I can not even delete it. How do I change my pic on my profile?

• When I try to change or delete it...... it goes to yahoo photos ...which is closing....but it will not let me add a new photo or even delte the present one. Does anyone have a solution or maybe a similar problem?

  Despite many users telling others that they cannot change the profile picture at this time, YOU CAN! It takes a few different steps, but if you are serious about changing your picture, it is not that hard. First, you must change your Yahoo! settings so that your COUNTRY/LANGUAGE setting is for either Yahoo!UK or Yahoo!Australia. I know this sounds like somebody trying to play games, because that is what I thought. But I recently changed my picture with these same steps. When your picture is changed, follow the same directions to change your settings back to Yahoo!US. Hope this helps!!
