Why doesn't my avatar appear next to my posts?

Having great difficulty making my profile photo appear as my avatar - help ?

• im trying to get my LFC logo to appear in my avatar section. there are many profileson here its confusing. yahoo! 360, the yahoo! answers profile...and theres also another one Im sure of it. ive cropped the image, and chosen it as a profile image. then when I return back to the main yahoo home page, i see my name as signed in and a tiny image what is, i believe, my photo. but when I go on here, the fcuking logo doesnt appear. its starting to p!ss me off now. so is that c#nts dog next door...oh god, why won't that dog just stfu ??? nm i need the photo thing sorted out quick time. get back to me on this one. over and out. * flys his chopper out of helmand province * ^_^

  A̲   If you want a C̲a̲r̲t̲o̲o̲n̲ avatar then create or modify one at http://avatars.yahoo.com and then go to C̲. B̲   If you want a P̲h̲o̲t̲o̲ avatar then upload an image to your profile at http://profiles.yahoo.com . Click on the current photo to get the update options. Select the one you want to use and then go to C̲. C̲   Now go to the Yahoo Answers profile at http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit . You can pick the cartoon or photo to use.
