How do I delete a profile on Yahoo Messenger?

How do i delete yahoo profile updates from appearing in yahoo messenger?

Please help me out, i can not delete all my activities happening at yahoo profiles from appearing to all my contacts in my yahoo messenger list...i tried everything, so far nothing works...

I think you just go into your profile and edit don't let yahoo manage your updates. Then you have more control, of who see certain things. you can always delete your updates so that your contacts don't see them after you've updated your profile. go to view your profile, then if it's something you don't want anyone to see there are little gray x's in a little gray circle right across from your update, just click on those and you can delete, that update!!! you can edit and delete tons of stuff!!! it's easy:) Hope that helps you out!!! I can't explain things very good. I'm always better at showing someone what to do!!!
