How can i find friends in yahoo?

how can i find friends in yahoo???.....i just know my friends name,country and some educational qualifications......plzz help me...i dont get the option or the link in yahoo to find friends.....PLLLZZZ HELP.....I MISS MY FRIENDS A LOT

y don't you try in popular social networking sites like orkut,facebook, my space etc. Most of the net using people have their orkut or facebook accounts. and these sites are made to find your old friends and make new friends. so create an account and put your picture as your profile picture so that if anyone see it they get to know its their friend,and fill up your details like school,collage,company you work,your city etc so that its easy for them to catch you. And lastly they have search windows,there you can either put there id's if you know them or put their name city school or any other unique thing of them from which they can be identified on the site. you will get a list of accounts,filter them further by putting more details if its a long list of same name. And once you get their account give them friend request.and then you can ask them their yahoo id ones they come in contact with you. i did my schooling in lot of places because of my father's transferable job,but thanks to Orkut and Facebook i got almost all my friends back and now they come to see me at my place.
