Why can't I edit 'about me' in my profile?

I cant edit my yahoo profile?

  • Ok so i go to my profile and click 'edit profile' it brings me to my name and display name. i have myself as 14 years old. i tried to change my display name and i typed in the right code about 12 times but it says 'unable to save at this time. please try again later.' am i to young or is something just messed up?

    WHEN I EDIT MY PROFILE IT WILL NOT LET ME SAVE THE CHANGES 1. Close all browser windows and then open a new one for each browser you use. Now clear your browsers cache (include temp files, cookies, and history). If you do not know how then read this article: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache 2. Now close this window. Open a new browser window and try to sign into your profile again. Sign into your Yahoo! Profile here: http://profiles.yahoo.com/ . Be sure to use the same browser that you cleared the cache on. Try to edit your Display Name again. 3. If you still cannot save your changes then try on an alternative browser such as Firefox. After following the steps to clear the temp files, cookies and history of course. It always good to have an alternate browser so that you can check to see if certain problems are browser specific or if something goes wrong with one browser. Sometimes yahoo just has errors, It has happen to me a couple times. I don't know what your trying to change on your profile but if you just click your picture it will take you to your profile. From there you can choose what section to edit. Just click edit info and it will open in a new window. Hope this helped
