How do I get a cartoon profile picture?

I'm tired of the grey smiley face as my picture and I notice that pretty much everyone else has a cartoon person to represent them. I want to change, but yahoo only lets me upload pictures. Isn't there a yahoo profile cartoon character creator or something?

Click your name, then click edit my preferences, then select Picture: Use Yahoo! Avatar, customize your yahoo avatar to your heart's content :)
