Why can't I set my pic as my profile pic on my yahoo account?

I unploaded a picture so I can have a picture on my account instead of a plain smiley face. When I go to set the picture as my profile picture I get an error message that says "Yos webservice failed. 403" WTF? How do I set my picture as my profile picture on here?

Answer:
You're not doing anything wrong. Yahoo is having some technical difficulties I suppose. I've been having the same error and so have others.
