Go here: http://info.yahoo.com/privacy/us/yahoo/p%E2%80%A6 click "My Account". You're going to sign in again, after which you'll be on your account page. Even though it's an alias, the account is still under your true name. Just go to your Account page, click edit and change the information there. It's going to be the Preferred Location that you'll be looking for.
