Help with my avatar!!!!!!!!!?

Can you help me with my avatar problem?

I have an avatar problem. Nobody can see my avatar (the users seen a black screen instead of my picture). I tryed everything: change my picture, reinstalling Y! messenger... And when I access: http://img.msg.yahoo.com/avatar.php?yids=?alexandrumic instead of my avatar picture it appears these:  Can you help me please? do you now what is the problem? Thank you.
