when i log in to chat, and i look at the person i want to chat with's screen name in my inbox to see if they are available, it shows a light grey smiley face on the left of their screen name where usually it either has an orange available sign or white sign for offline so if it is grey smiley-sleepy face, what does that mean ? are they online or offline ?
