How do you change your profile oic/ dp for yahoo answers?

lol i dont know how? i clicked on edit my preferences then its got these boxes you check where you go can make an avatar and upload it as that or you can upload your own one and then theres another box that says no pictures, mine says no picutre and its got the little circle that you click on so i go to click on the one where you can download your own pic and it just wont click on it? am i evven doing the right thing lol

Apparently Yahoo was making changes to the Profile Page over the weekend, as you'll see when you next go there. All the work is done now and you can go there and get your Profile Photo up or changed now. There's usually some type of notice when this sort of thing is going on, but I didn't see anything about this on the Blog this week.

To create/change a Yahoo cartoon avatar go here: http://avatars.yahoo.com/ Then go to: http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit , click "use my yahoo avatar" -> scroll down -> click "preview" and then "ok". For all other picture avatars: http://profiles.yahoo.com/ - go here to create a profile -> click "change photo" -> click "add photo" -> select the picture you want from your harddrive -> click "save". Now click "use selected photo", done. Note: the pic has to be a .jpg or .png file, it must be smaller than 5 MB, and it also has to be square.
