How can i find yahoo members to chat with?

i used to chat on yahoo messenger by finding the members but now so many things changed and i cant find any members. how can i chat with the members

Usually you try and contact people that interest you in some way...just say you like one of their questions or answers. Then you email them and if you both want to chat to each other you can IM...simple!
