How do you see someones profile in Yahoo Chat within your email?

You used to be able to click their name, but I don't have the separate messenger box, just the contact list in my email (where I'm chatting on separate tabs) and clicking the name doesn't work.

That's weird. Clicking the name works for me....have you tried right clicking on it, and see if there is an option where it says view profile, or something?
