Why isnt my profile picture showing in my yahoo answers acount?

so this mourning my picture was just a smiley face with a gray backround.I went to edit my preferences and tryed to get my profile picture on but it said we dont have a profile picture listed for u.I had a picture of a pro basketball player uploaded and was my picture for a long time.I tried signing out and in and refreshed it.Is this a glitch?If it is when will it get me my profile picture back?What should i do?
